At Cozee Spaze, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

 

Returns

If your item has a quality issue, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return.

If the return is not related to a defect or error (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Final Sale & Free Gifts items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please email us at support@cozeespaze.com within 7 days of delivery if you need an exchange.

 

How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please email your request to support@cozeespaze.com. Please note that a return label fee equal to 10% of your total order value will be deducted from your refund.

     

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email to notify you that your return has been received and to inform you whether it has been approved or denied.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Refund timelines vary by payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be sent to your card’s issuing bank within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

    If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Important Notes

    • Direct Purchases Only: Returns or exchanges are only applicable to items purchased directly from cozeespaze.com. If you purchased through a third-party seller, please contact them for assistance.
    • Eligibility Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be:
      • Unused and unwashed
      • Free of pet hair
      • In their original condition and packaging
    • Exchanges: To exchange an item, please place a new order. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will issue a refund for the returned product.
    • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    Contact Us: For any post-sale inquiries, reach out to us at support@cozeespaze.com. We aim to respond to all return and refund requests within 24 business hours. If you don’t see a reply within that timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.

     

    Additional Notes

    • Email Confirmation Required: Please do not return any items without first receiving confirmation from us via email.
    • Do Not Return to Manufacturer: Returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.
    • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos of the item prior to shipping, is required to complete the return process.
    • Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted by more than 50% are not eligible for a refund.
    • Free Gifts: Items offered as "Free Gifts" are not refundable/returnable or exchangeable for other items.
    • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for items with verified manufacturing defects or quality issues.
